Really happy with the service. The team were so easy to communicate with, quick, punctual and professional. They cleared the property efficiently and made the whole process really straightforward, which was especially helpful with the house being prepared for sale. Would definitely recommend!

I can't praise Adam and his team highly enough. From start to finish, it was an excellent experience. Adam was second to none in his professionalism and prompt communication throughout all stages of our clearance. I wouldn't hesitate to use CHC again!

I gave Cheadle House Clearances a shout to do a garage clearance, it wasn't a huge job but that didn't deter Adam and his team who were more than happy to help. Date and time arranged, all agreements were honoured from initial conversation to completion, leaving me a very happy customer. Highly recommended.

I would highly recommend Adam and his team. From the initial contact right through to the completion of the house clearance, everything was handled very efficiently and they arrived exactly when they said they would.
The whole team were friendly, respectful and extremely considerate, which meant a great deal to me as this was my late mum’s bungalow and it was naturally an emotional time.
Adam and his team were a pleasure to deal with. I’m extremely grateful for their kindness, professionalism and hard work. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing a house clearance.

What a fantastic service. Adam and his team were not only thorough but caring - they made the whole process of emptying my mums house less stressful and quick. Would definitely recommend and a reasonable price too - all itemised in the initial quote.

Adam and Billy were brilliant. I called Adam slightly last minute and he was super helpful and responsive late at night.
Clearing my mum’s house has been a bit of an emotional journey and I can safely say this bit was the easiest. Adam even introduced me to a trader - Derek - who bought a couple of things from us (which he absolutely didn’t have to do as we would have let it go at no cost). Amazing service. Could not recommend Adam and team more highly.
